Local Event Marketing

Situation

Acuantia is a full-service provider of septic installations, maintenance, and repairs. Because the company operates in rural areas, it needed a community-based local marketing strategy to stay top of mind with its audience of farmers, ranchers, and developers.

Avanti worked collaboratively with Precise Communications for this project.

Challenge

Avanti was tasked with finding local marketing opportunities within two key counties in Texas that aligned with Acuantia’s budget and audience. Advertising and sponsorship opportunities are competitive and require expert communication and project management to secure and coordinate.

Result

The marketing engagement involved finding community events in targeted rural counties, establishing a strong brand presence in those counties through repeated exposure, and distributing Acuantia’s message through media channels.

Within a few weeks, Avanti secured Acuantia’s presence at events such as the Comal County Fair and Rodeo, Montgomery Music in the Park, the New Braunfels Dia de los Muertos Festival, and Comal County Sherriff’s Posse.
